| Dr. Wayne Tamarelli, Director |

Dr. Tamarelli has 39 years experience in general management, entrepreneurship,
new ventures, mergers and acquisitions, advanced materials, environmental
protection products, energy conservation technologies, specialty chemicals,
technology transfer, and other business and technological areas. His primary
business activity is as a professional venture capital angel investor. He
specializes in value-added investments in early stage technology businesses.
He has made about 70 investments in over 30 companies since 2000.
These investments have been in advanced materials, electronics, information
technology, and health care. He is also a limited partner in 4 venture capital
funds active in these areas. Dr. Tamarelli is founding chairman of Jumpstart New
Jersey Angel Network and a member of the Band of Angels in Silicon Valley.
In 1983 he purchased Dock Resins Corporation in a leveraged buyout and successfully
grew its revenues and profits as Chairman, CEO and sole owner. In 1997 he sold the
company at a significant gain and remained CEO until 2000 when he became Chairman
Emeritus. He was employed by Engelhard Corporation from 1970 to 1983 (Senior Vice
President), and previously by Exxon Corporation. He has BS, MS, and PhD degrees in
engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MBA in marketing and international
business from New York University.

Mr. Wood is the founder of Alta Berkeley, a European venture capital firm investing in
early stage communications, information technology, media and health care companies
in Western Europe, USA and Israel. He has invested in 40 companies, resulting in nine IPOs
(six on NASDAQ) and fourteen trade sales (mostly cross-border). He served as non executive
director of 50 companies, public and private in ten European countries, USA and Israel.
Previously, Mr. Wood has been European Finance Vice President of Gould Inc and held several
other European and US finance and operating positions in various companies. Bryan obtained
his Bachelor in Science in Industrial Engineering from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute
and his MBA from the Harvard Business School.

| Dr. Kris Venkat, 1947-2008 |
|
Provid Pharmaceuticals regrets the loss of Dr. Kris Venkat, who passed away on March 2nd,
2008 at age 61. Dr. Venkat joined Provid in 2001 and served as Chairman of the Board.
Following 15 years of extensive management experience at
Merck & Co. and H.J. Heinz Co., he became involved in several start-up companies as a founder,
chairman, CEO, board member or advisor. He served as chairman of Provid Pharmaceuticals,
Inc., Thar Technologies, Inc., Thar Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Sapient Discovery, Inc., Omicia Inc.,
Pharmaexx India Ltd., IEP GmbH., and Aescula Pharma AG. He also served on the boards of Transvivo
Inc., Genomics USA, Inc., Phytica Inc., Strand Life Sciences Ltd., and Pharmexx GmbH. He was
chairman and CEO of Phyton, a highly successful biotechnology company which developed and
commercialized a novel process for producing a the blockbuster oncology drug Taxol®. Dr. Venkat
was an Advisory Board member of the National Foundation for Cancer Research (
NFCR tribute ) and
a Senior Advisor to TVM Capital, one of Europe's largest venture funds. He served as
visiting professor of biochemical engineering at Rutgers University and has held visiting faculty
positions at Yale University; Dartmouth College; Anna University, India and University College,
Galway, Ireland. He was also an advisor to Government of
India and played a key role in establishing the Department of Biotechnology at the Federal
Government.

| Dr. Charles M. Cook, 1955-2008 |
|
Dr. Cook, Vice President of Information Sciences and corporate Director, passed away in August, 2008
and is deeply missed by his colleagues and friends. He was a leading computational chemist in the
field of industrial molecular modeling. He received an A.B. in chemistry and computer science from
Cornell University in 1976 and his Ph.D. in chemistry from Princeton University, where he worked with
Prof. Leland Allen. He joined Hoffmann-La Roche in 1983 in the Department of Physical Chemistry in
the molecular modeling group and was Vice President, Computational Sciences at Praecis in NJ from 1998-2001.
Dr. Cook co-founded Provid in 2001.
